Feature: Depot 'Scripted Cycles'

Greetings,
I am not sure how hard it is to code but I think it could do good to lessen some micromanagement if there can be rotating depot values without having to manually assign numbers each turn.
TO clarify - I want a Depot this turn to be Prio4 (to stock up) and the next turn to go down to Prio1 (to pump out the stocked).
Presently I've to do the switch by hand each single turn.
Similarly I have this Port that is Import port Prio4 right now (To stock up), and then I want it to be Export Port Prio2 to pump out, only to Import Ports that are Prio3 or 4.
I want that kind of cycle, A and B each turn.
I could even want a longer cycle for my own reasons. (Let's say Depot Prio 1, then Prio 2, then Prio 3, and then Prio 4 cycling through).
A code that where a depot is set to have A, B, C, D whatnot cycles through the various stances for the depots. Something I, asplayer, can just set once and then leave it to run that way without excess of worry. Once the cycle is over it goes back to the A.
