Is it possibile to play this scenario with the NATO?
Does the AI will handle all the WP’s forces?

If NATO is not listed as a playable side then almost certainly not. That's usually the answer with most Command scenarios, anyway. The easy way to check is to open the scenario in scen edit mode and see if there are any missions for Warsaw Pact.

No, this is designed as a Soviet side only play. The backup events in this one are slated to randomize Turkish response. Also the AI does not handle cargo on its own so it would be a complete redesign to build from the NATO side. There are only about 7 or 8 WP side scenarios out of the 70+ that are built so far so NATO gets a bit of that 'its been done' feeling on scenarios like this.
