That entire GUWS series is an excellent series of webinars. It's focused on the pros - the NatSec / DoD / MoD / gov't types - but there are some excellent presentations on the professional uses for wargaming

Well, this looks like it will be what keeps me up for two hours longer than I should stay up for tonight!
