Port/Main supply conflict again

In the above screenshot, all Russian units within the circle are considered out of supply despite being in supply on the overlay. This is definitely another problem with port supply and main supply conflicting as supply doesn't flow more than 2 hexes from Sevastopol due to being blocked by a main supply hex.
Now I know to watch out for it here and not use the Black Sea ports for supply I can avoid this particular problem in the future but it's been quite frustrating in this game.

Yea there is no rail from East of the Strait. This is correct.

It's correct that all the units that are in supply on the overlay are actually out of supply?

Alvaro, what Yue Jin is saying is that all of the units circled in red should be in port supply from Sevastopol. Some of them might be in only Basic Supply, but they should
not be out of supply.
