Terrain Cost

Where in the editor manual, does it say anything about assigning movement costs to terrain, because I have searched and cannot locate any information on this.

Click terrain from the top. The picture shows where you modify the move value.
Terrain #238 is a clear terrain with a 2 movement. This is the base terrain for empty hexes.
Terrain #0 is the same thing with 1 movement base cost.
The Tiles menu item puts 0 move value on a hex. Terrain #0 is the default terrain for a clear hex in WPE.

Thanks. What is the movement cost for mountains, and such or where in the manual is it. Am I missing where this is, thanks

If you click on a mountain in the editor you will see it is set to 4. BUT Alpine, larger mountains are set to 99, impassible.
