Hello there, first time posting, even if I have watched this forum for quite some time now.

I have been hard at work creating new countries for Armored brigade lately, motivated by "Faction Plus" of KarlTaco.

First Luxembourg and the Republic of Ireland. And now Im working on Denmark, I was also going to work on Norway and Sweden but I remenbered theres the flags of those two countries in the files of Armored Brigade.

Are there any plan to add those two countries or can I work on them without fear of having a Scandinavian DLC dropping in?

Currently we're working on the sequel, so there are no planned DLCs for the first game.

That's what I thought, time to get to work then.

The current plan is to release the sequel in 2023. There will be announcements about screenshots and testing when we are ready for it.

I’m still working on my mom and I just noticed I wasn’t sure how to balance “the Morale/Training” stat.
I guess the average training and morale is around 55-65, but I wasn’t sure if any documents or is there a “rule” to balance those two stats to be realistic.

Here’s what I gave the country I modded in
Luxembourg:
1965-1967: conscription is still there and unpopular
Morale: 60
Training: 65

1968-1982: the military is now all-volunteer and Luxembourg specialize into reconnaissance
Morale: 70
Training: 75

1983-1991: Apparently Luxembourg never received their Humvees in time for Armored brigade, not sure if that buff is really necessary, but at the same time a couple of new equipment were introduced in that time period.
Morale: 75
Training: 75

Republic of Ireland:
1965-1991: I guess they would have a decent morale? Training was rudimentary from videos I watched.
Morale: 70
Training: 60


I took inspiration from Finland stats, for the three other Scandinavian countries
Denmark:
1965-1991: Maybe I should lower the morale or training? Or just do that to Home Guards units
Morale: 70
Training: 70

Norway:
1965-1977: Same as Denmark, not sure about it.
Morale: 70
Training: 65
1978-1991: The Norwegian army seemed to had a lot of reforms in the 70’s.
Morale: 75
Training: 70

Sweden:
1965-1991: Arbritrary for now, as I barely started working on it.
Morale: 75
Training: 75

What's your opinion about this?

In my opinion, the numbers you proposed seem reasonable. That said, I'm not a military historian and my fragmentary knowledge about Cold War era warfare is restricted to the Soviet block, so I can't help you much...
