Version 1.22 All Scenarios from 1941-1944 No Iraq Convoy

After doing some more checking it appears the Iraq convoy line is missing from all the scenarios starting with 1941 Operation Barbarossa through 1944 D-Day. It is still there for the 1939 & 1940 Scenarios.
I have not checked the user created scenarios.

Hi Taxman66,
Looks like this might have been the case for a long time as I'm just looking at the map right now and that little bit of territory where the Iraq convoy originates in the 1941 - 1944 campaigns, e.g. Basra and its port, is designated as UK territory and not Iraq proper, thus the convoy is not being sent from Iraq to the UK etc.
I'll make a note of this and leave it with Bill to look into further once he gets back from his well deserved holiday/break.

Just to clarify one thing, just in case: there not being a convoy showing just means that Iraq's income is transferred directly to its owner/occupier, so the UK will still benefit from the MPPs.
