Yellow bomb

Anyone can confirm the yellow bomb is displayed in their game when doing strategic bombing?

Finally, I have found out. These two hexes have been attacked but the yellow bomb is only on one of them.
Everything with an oil field seems to not have the yellow bomb when attacked.
Patch level is 1.06.3.

Well that oil field is a 1 and will never show a bomb other than by the attacker since it will be repaired on the owners next turn. They will not gain the oil and to be honest will not even know it was attacked which would not be good.

Sorry but when Axis is doing strategic bombing here, why I don't have a yellow bomb?
Can be done first turn by the three Japanese air units located nearby.

It fixes I think 2 a turn. But it will show up as an attack.
