Help with install

I hope someone has some insight into this error message I am getting when I am trying to install the game. I don't have any idea of what to do about it but right now I cannot install it at all...
(Damn, that is huge, I don't know how to resize)

Someone else had the same issue, but no resolution AFAIK.
