Italy and Germany can send resources and BPs to each other, but I think they most must be in war. I guess your Italy is neutral?
Don’t trade with Japan, you need convoys between Europe and Japan.

Italy is only at war with Greece
Yes I figured that, but shouldnt they be able to send resources through USSR and Korea and China sea?

Need to be in war with major power.
You need to conquer USSR to be able to send res through. I would say you cannot send resources through neutral countries.

You can send Resources through Neutrals.
With Neutral minors it is Automatic, ie France transports Senegal Res to CVB then through Spain to France reducing the required CP by 1 by not needing to go to BOB ....
According to RAW7, if USSR agrees (while neutral) then Germany could send Res to Japan. The issue is MWIF automatically assumes that being on the other side USSR would not allow this .....
Another Example, France Aligns Yugoslavia and Italy is neutral, if Italy allows the Yugo Res can be railed through Italy to France. MWIF assumes Italy would never allow this ....
By the rules, in game diplomacy is possible, ie Neutrality Pacts with resources and BP, say especially between USSR and Japan, most likely in a Multiplayer game, but the program isn't, or likely ever to be, coded to allow ... and Netplay is only possible with 2 players, so not likely to happen ... not without house rules and game editing, to which I personally don't agree.

Well, you are right, however in many games played, I have never seen USSR or Italy allow this because they are feeding their (current or future) enemy. So I understand the game is 99,9% right although of course those who wanted to help their enemy may think otherwise. [:)][:'(]

ty, this all sounds plausible in theory and practice
