Hello,

I would like to continue my multiplayer campaign, but when I try to connect to the server I receive this message:
Online server requires verison 1.22.01 in order to continue. Please upgrade your game to the latest verison.

As far as I can see there is no update 1.22.01 at the time of this message.
I'm using the Steam version of the game. Can you please fix this? Thanks

Apologies, there is some internal testing happening for the next patch, it should be changed back shortly from what I understand.

Same for me. Have the 1.22.01 downloaded from Steam but it seems the PBEM servers are not updated (still require 1.22.00).
Please fix this.

It works for me, though I don't use the Steam version.

The non Steam version seems to always works fine but this is unfortunatly the second time I experienced problems with the Steam version. The first problem was with SC WW1 when they delivered the update many hours later despite already announced the new update.

Seems like they really want to mess Steam customers.

Can you confirm that the game shows v1.22.01 in the MAIN MENU screen? Just want to make sure that Steam has properly updated the game on your end.

I can confirm that the PBEM++ server does indeed show 1.22.01 and should match the game.

Just to confirm, this issue, e.g. if the client number on the PBEM++ server was not updated at the same time as the patch was released, would affect players equally as both the Matrix version of the game, and Steam version of the game use the same server.

I have two ongoing games that are "green" but it says "File CLC32 mismatch\v.1.22.00\1939 Storm over Europe.dat" when I try to play my turn.
Some other games works fine.

Just to clarify this part, the game doesn't require you to play with the older version in order to continue, all older games can proceed with newer versions of the game as newer versions are released. There was just a buggered DAT file preventing everyone from continuing, but this should now be fixed with the above instructions by replacing this file.

Open Challenges showing in the PBEM Lobby in red is to be expected when upgrading to a new version. All this means is that they were posted as open challenges under an older version, but no-one will be able to join them with the new version of the game, as posted matches and when you join must be under the same version. This has always been the case and ensures that there is the proper integrity between opponents, e.g. the challenger and the joiner will be playing the same version of the campaign.

Once the match starts, this is no longer an issue as you are by default playing the same version of the campaign challenge.

No, only if you were having an issue

Same problem here also still even after placing the file in the 1.22 folder:
"File CRC mismatch\v1.22.00\1941 Operation Barbarossa.dat
"File CRC mismatch\v1.22.00\1939 Storm over Europe.dat"
Of course I put a 1939 file so probably we also need a file for the other scenarios?
But still the 1939 should be working with the new file and it is not.

But a PBEM game of 1940 Attack in the West seems to load ok? Not sure why.
