SP SiG33 guns production

is there a reason why they are not being produced? In editor the build limit is set to -1.

Pz I variants were built pre-Barbarossa and I assume the Pz II variants arrive with unit in Africa

doesn't seem to be that way 90 leichte have TOE of a regular Mot division
Seems Marder I also has production of -1

WAD. A -1 means it will not be produced. Why? It was not historically produced in the numbers beyond what was deployed.

Except sIG33 II was produced in December 1941 and January 1942, and Marder I was produced in summer 1942.

if you produce them they may end up on the East Front. They were Africa-only and I assume they will arrive with their historical units in this theater

90 leichte appears on the first turn in West Europe. Its TOE doesn't have any SP sIG.
What stops me from pulling leichte 90 from NA onto map?
