Hi
I assume there is a delay in getting a gruppe operational again when changing the ac type, but how long is this?
Changed a KG gruppe from Do-17 to He-111 and now it has 40 planes listed as "in reserve".

It should be available next day although sometimes the full compliment of aircraft will not arrive if you changed more than one gruppe over. The shortfall will be with you the day after. This doesn't happen too often though, just be aware.
