The Depot capacity is capped to 50000 for Railyard of 1 and 60000 for Railyard 2 and above disregarding it is a single or double track hex. If my understanding is wrong, how to make the capacity to 60000 for Railyard 1?

Place an HQ unit in the hex (if I got your question right)?

Yes. I place 1 Army Group HQ, 1 Army HQ, 1 Corps HQ which should have a total of 60,000 in the hex with 1 Railyard (10000) and a Depot of 4. It shows Capacity of 50,000.

What is also capped is the number of HQs increasing capacity, which is 2. Hence, in your example, the third HQ won't provide any additional capacity.

Pardon if I miss, otherwise it should be more appropriate to update it in the living manual during next cycle. Be honest, it should not be an omission in the manual (release version). Thanks.

why should we document something that is incorrect?

the constraint is in the manual, its not the number of HQs its the volume you can add to a particular size of depot by stacking any number of HQs

Capacity is capped at 50,000 tons when Railyard is 1 and 60,000 tons when Railyard is 2.

Capacity exists when there has a depot, of course.
