Hello,

After a fresh install on a new laptop, the game won't launch.

Right click on SC3-WWII World at War.exe, run as administrator.

Next a black windows during 1 or 2 seconds, and return to desktop.

Funny, SC world war I, but launched by Steam apps, works fine ?? [&:]

Okay. Uninstall.

Install version 1.00 and launch : OK.
Install patch 1.12.01 and launch : game won't start.

The problem come from the patch.

I need some help. [;)]

Next attempt :

Fresh install and update to 1.12.01 by the game menu.

And the game works fine. [:)]

The problem come from the file that we can download by https://www.matrixgames.com/member/mypage : warning, the file (European server at least) seems corrupted. [&:]

I can not get my copy to play. I tried every possible way to install it. The game will play fine without the update but as soon as I update (from game or website) it does nothing. I'm stumped.
