All sorts of supply issues Tunisia and Algeria v04.03.00.00

The CW units in Tunisia and Libya should be in supply. If the US CP is not in the WM med(edited in to try work around the supply problems) all the CW units in North Algeria are also OOS supply even though they have a cooperating US HQ Bradley to trace a supply path via. Will add the save to the next post.
