Anyone explain why the Ge units NW of Evpatoria are OOS? This is v 4.2.3.2. Units were in supply until it rained.

Again, they need a secondary supply source first. Before it rained they could trace to Bucharest.

Since it's going to a secondary source the supply limit is 4 hexes (no RR hexes matter), less one to go overseas, but rain cut the 4 to 2.
