How a turn works

Or any thing else necessary or useful unless my only intent was to buy a $60 desk top icon

I didn’t expect a CMO level manual,

at a bare minimum have links to tutorial vidoes and stick a list of a controls in the manual

How does something so basic and vital get completely overlooked?

There are three manuals:

A scenario design manual, The Cold War Manual, and the CM Engine 4 Manual.

The CM Engine 4 Manual is the one that tells you how to play.
