When exactly on 18th is the game free for upload

I am so much sitting on the fence for this.. what is the exact time please on 18th?
Does anyone know if it is midnight oder what? I am in Europe, so I guess it is another 8 hours later then..

Matrix releases are usually late in the afternoon for us Europeans. So you may have to wait a little longer after midnight.

My guess would be around Noon eastern US time but that's only a guess. Certainly not midnight.

If I good remember War in the East 2 release, its about 18:00 Central Europe Time.

And anyway it´s so nice to be a man of nearly 50 and still feel like a little boy just before christmas..
