So just curious how many have accomplished a successfully sea lion. S far I have only done it twice against a human and had it done to me once but when I made a newbie mistake, seems with a fairly even match like its almost impossible.

I fail twice. I am better against Greece now. So one step at a time. [:D]

So what is your main problem getting ashore or staying there? because at first I had a hard time getting there but now that I figured out a pretty good build list for sea lion, 1 more para for Germany, 1 for Italy, hold the subs lots of LC, 1 more fighter and 1 more stuka, I can get ashore pretty easy but the Royal navy keeps giving me fits they sit in the channel and stop all reinforcements, the Luftwaffe can hurt them but not without substantial losses and the new landings suffer with no air support, Kriegsmarine is useless, its suicide for them, and if you fail you will lose 2 para 1 armor and 2 infantry plus Italian para and infantry, quit a setback. worth trying? maybe,if you playing with politics on and can align Spain otherwise pretty iffy better going for middle east or direct invasion of Spain heading for Gibraltar or just building subs if you want to hurt UK.

The problem is indeed supplying your landing troops. You need to take a port level 9 to have a chance. But a good Allies player will always have an infantry corps in each level 9 port.
