But I did find a slight flaw. The air power was being reduced by the attacker 40% reduction... so I fixed that. It is not supposed to be.

I am firing Europe 1941 scenario. This Romanian unit is ready to attack at 3:1.

And it usually gets 3:1 without any ground support.

Now, introducting this TAC air unit with a Tactical of 8, now ready to perform ground support.

It still shows 3:1.

But, I got a retreat and, in the Combat Logs, I can see that the attack was at 7:1. [:)]

Air power is back. [8D]

Now, just imagine I am ending the turn and that I am bringing the 18th Mech Corps to help.

I am ending the turn like this. Please note that, on the Soviet side, there is only one Air Superiority group in full support mode. The two bombers are not in full support.

On the Romanian side, I am attacking with all my air assets in full support (TAC and Air Superiority).
Odds are 3:2.

End result is 3:1 on Romanian side.

Now I am reloading the Allies turn. I am putting the 29th Air Army in full support mode.

As well as the 9th Air Army also in full support mode.

Back on the Romanian side, please note that I have removed the TAC from full support mode. It is back to mission only. Only the Air Superiority group is in full support mode.
Odds are still 3:2.

End result is 1:1 on Romanian side:

. 2 steps lost on the Attacker side
. 1 step lost on the Defender side

Reloading and attacking once again but, this time, without any air support.

Still 3:2.

End result is still 1:1 on Romanian side but, this time, the losses are heavy on my side.

. 0 step lost on the Defender side

The air support, of the three air units, is still active on the Soviet side and it has supported the defenders well.

Reloading once more, all air units in full support mode on both sides.

Still 3:2.
