I have noticed some enemy units with readiness greater than max readiness (vigor). Is that correct or something wrong? Also I am playing with FOG. So I am not sure how accurate are enemy unit ratings.

Also I have noticed enemy units with a small blue bullseye located on the left side of the unit counter. What does that stand for?

There is randomization in the stats involved when having non-total recon on enemy units.
