Hello, Can you tell me if CS Middle East hard copy comes with a pre-printed manual - or only a PDF one?

CSME comes with a PDF manual.

The main reason, is that the game is a living game, the manual gets updated with each released and UPDATE as we improve the series.

CSME 3.00 will see the manual again updated.
