So I just reinstalled the game on Steam. Whenever I try to edit a waypoint this happens. When I click comfirm the windows just closes and I can not use the waypoint editor. Any help would be appreciated.

What is the game version? What OS are you running? If you set language to English, do you get the same error.

Game version is the latest on Steam. OS is Windows 11. Game language is English. The OS language is Chinese. Are you suggesting I change the OS language to English too?

As a test, yes. Curious where this bug is happening.

Well, Microsoft says my Windows license only supports my local language.

Also, this bug doesn't exist when I was playing this game a few years back on a Windows 10 PC, which is also set to Chinese.

Is there anything else I can do? Like uploading a debug log file or something else?

As an idea, can you go into the Redistributable library files in the games folder and install those libraries? I wonder if Windows 11 is missing older libraries.

What is the folder catagory you are suggesting?

I do not see the folders in Steam. That must get handled automatically at install. Have you done a files verification? I am not sure what Windows 11 does for these library files. Nothing has changed in the game code since you had it working on Win10.

The only libraries folder I have is the animations folder. I have done file verifications as well, and everything checks out to be intact.

The Libraries I am talking about are the Visual studio and C++ and event DirectX type files from Microsoft.
