Units attempt to draw freight ... from the nearest depot, up to 30 hexes (and not more than 75 MP) from the unit (Section 25.1).

The range for this supply is limited to either 30 hexes or 75 motorized MP (Section 4.10.13).

Are they and/or relationship for requirements of distance and movement?
Which is applied to for isolation of the unit?

Both requirements have to be met - so the unit must be within 30 hexes and within 75 motorised MP.
