Until now I've played only the West Wall scenario. Which is a blast by the way and would be a very good tutorial scenario!

I wonder why the German flags on cities and villages look like the French flag. Is that a mistake in this scenario or on purpose? It doesn't feel good to conquer "French" cities in German territory with the 5th Armored Div. ...

I mean it has to be the red one with a white circle and either the "Balkenkreuz" / bar cross or the "Hakenkreuz" / swastika in it.

Black, white, red. Remember, in some European countries the Swastika, even in games, is forbidden. Alas, you can replace them, if you wish, from some DC:CP mods.

I was going to make the same point - the bars are horizontal in other games where you can't use the swastika - indeed they are in the top left of the screen under the iron cross.

It's only a detail but I agree with the OP.

The div. symbol in westall for the 2nd pzr is not the trident, its the March 44 symbol...[8D]

Would these mod files work in DCAO, just for this narrow change? Could you point me towards them?

I check at least 3 source and all had the trident during Ardennes !

I just checked the large counter seen here has the pre-ardennes symbol, the small counter has the trident... well see below;

You are right!
I had the correct symbol in my working beta but in the official installer both symbols png are the older !
Thanks for reporting, fixed in next patch !
