Adding new ground elements to Germany, Finland and Soviet Union are comprehensive.

What is the purpose by adding new ground elements to Netherlands and France?

you'll never know when we'll get the ability to use those.
I'd guess it's filling the database if we ever get to a "War in Europe" game (which is still far in the future BTW)
For a similar reason I updated or added early-war french aircraft (+ I had some spare time to fill).

Would it be useful to be a bit more descriptive in the title of your questions maybe? Makes it easier for folks looking in the future for answers to the same question.

Indeed. Map is there but lots non-playable. Pity. What a waste, isn't it.
