Depleted SUs should not participate in battles

Please look into prohibiting depleted SUs from participating in battles. Right now, directly attached SUs with 0 TOE can participate in battles and increase their win score and morale by doing so. This should not be allowed.

Here is an example: The 5th Guards Rifle Corps has 3 Tank Regiments attached. First attack on German positions fails and all 3 SUs are depleted through combat and have basically ceased to exist. The second attack succeeds and you can see the units were credited with a win and its morale increased by 2 points. This should be impossible.

This "feature" affects realism and balance as guards/morale can be farmed. This goes for both sides but does give the Soviets more of an edge due to Guards farming.

Before the first attack:

After the failed attack:

27th Tank Regiment after the "win":

Notice it now has 1 win and 1 loss and 2 more morale points. It should only have the 1 loss and no morale boost.

Due to their small size, their morale hits are not that big. And they still rack up wins while being a non existent formation.
