Should be able to save the NEI oil in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.
This works if I back rev to version 4.2.3.2.

This happened to me also.

This is also happening to oil going to Japan. I can set it to production or to be saved, but the convoys are not transporting it to the destinations.

Has this been fixes in 04 04?

This remains a problem in 04 04 00 00 patch.

1. Prior to NEI becoming under CW control, the CW cannot get the resources even as far as Singapore... there is a message that no large port is available to transfer the resources. Japan gets resources normally but they cannot be reassigned to production and are saved.

2. After NEI becomes CW controlled, CW now gets resources as normal although, for some reason, a third oil resource is going to Canton production (but does not use a convoy and it ought to be Japan's anyhow). Japan, on the other hand, cannot seem to transport the oil resources for either production or saving. (I have had to resort to editing to provide requisite BP and Oil.)

3. Have not yet got to the stage where Japanese conquest of NEI happens... I presume if there are no trade agreements, that things may work our normally.

I'm also having problems with NEI oil using the latest, 4.4.1 (debug). The 2 NEI oil to the CW didn't even show up. I had to revert back to 4.2.3.2 (debug) to "find" the 2 NEI oil.
