Al is the rail type hardcoded?
Russian or European?
I wanted to split up the Baltic states and update their rail.
Also why does the Baltic rail repair immediately and both the Russians and Germans can use it?
Don't the Russians have to convert it?
Then the Germans convert it back?
Seems they both get it for free.
