Playing again after a bit of a break... memory hazy...

Is this about right?

Power & water have no logistics requirement.
Food consumed locally, then surplus to SHQ, needs logistics.
Metals, rare metals, radioactives, manufactured machines sent to SHQ, needs logistics.
All outbound from SHQ needs logistics.

outbound power, water, fuel don't need logistic points, fuel needs logistics only if it's coming to units.

I've come back after a six month haitus to finish a long let's play, and now that's done I want to play it again!

More interesting than ever; so many things to remember each turn (needs a checklist); you are responsible for so many things you also need an XO; like, but struggle, with Vic's design approach that you need to "just do the right thing..." without knowing all the details- think Sun Tzu; ultimately, a 4X such that if you multiply out the magnitude of each of the X's, it scores very high indeed.

For me, a very compelling game.

(Last 6 months for me, Old World... Another outstanding game).
