can't air-bridge jetpack infantry

I got a customized light infantry army that has 500 jetpack infantry attached. I got a transport with 540 logistic points doing an airbridge. Strat move cost per infantry is 90. It simply will not let me strat-move any infantry with jetpacks attached. THe air bridge does work, because it will let the HQ unit which only has regular infantry move through it.
