Who wrote the Chains of War campaign/scenarios?

I am curious. The opening of the campaign mentions Michael Mykytyn (Forum name: mykmykWS?) but I seem to recall another forum member answering questions about the nature of the scenarios and saying he had "wrote them".

Same person. BDukes is my anonymous account MikMykWS is the one I used when I did this as a job.
