How do U.S. planes fly in overcast weather. I thought this was an advantage for the Germans. But I get attacked right and left during overcast. Wasn't the U.S. grounded until around Christmas Eve?

Typically around 80% of a 50 plane airstrike is unable to locate their targets and won't attack. So yes, air power but nowhere near as devastating as in clear weather. And if you have flak around the target, they will often drive off most of those aircraft that actually attack.

Would be nice to have an option to see how many enemy aircraft participated. If that option is available somewhere already, I have completely missed it.

Turn history has a small line about how many aircraft participated, how many flaks were involved, and how many aircraft were driven off by flak during an air attack.

So US planes still get to fly in overcast weather?
But I can't drop FJ paratroops due to bad weather? Is this right?
