Vienna Fix for ongoing games.

If you're playing with the new Patch you got two choices. First wait till the next patch , Matrix is aware of the issue and is planning on fixing it next patch. Second use my fix ,Place a unit the city below in the image before round 9. This will stop the Russians from teleporting in Vienna Area .
