1. MWiF ver 4.4.0.1 (Debug).
2. Queens in Sydney is NOT showing up on the CW Use Oil form for reorg. Even when clicking on the CAN oil point.
3. The CW is routing 2 non-oil AUS RPs to CAN for production so a path to an oil does exist.
4. Also, I just confirmed that I can save the CAN oil to Sydney, AUS!
5. So this has to be a bug? Right?

I can't tell from just looking at your map. If either of the US or Mexico are neutral, then it is not a bug. If both are active, then it is a bug.

(You can trace resources through neutral countries. You can't trace supply, including oil.)

No bug, since the US and Mexico are neutral.

Do you use the option Limited overseas supply? If so, your supply-like path for oil reorganization is probably broken, and it cannot go through neutral countries (you would need something in either West Coast or Gulf of Panama).

Just realized that Mexico is irrelevant, since San Diego touches the Mexican coast sea zone. However, the US has to active for the oil to be used for reorganization.

yes neutral USA only gave oil to German submarines.
