How is this game on a 2560x1440 monitor?

Does the user interface get bigger. My eyesight is getting worse and I have a problem reading small text. I am mostly concerned about the text that tells you the results of your actions that appears in the two panels at the bottom of the screen. Is there a way to adjust that besides choosing a non-native resolution at full screen. Like running 1024x1080 at full screen on my 2560x1440 monitor. I don't want to do that as I have a lot of shortcuts specially placed on my desktop and running a game in non-native resolution switches the monitor resolution which messes up the placement of my shortcuts then it takes me an hour to rearrange them them back the way they were.

no interface doesn't get bigger unless i missed something. i'm 68. i play at 3840/2160. eyes aren't great and i play without my glasses. text is fairly small (scale 150) but i can read it without squinting...
hope this is helpful.

Thank you dox44 for answering TokyoDan's question. I was about to ask, why TokyoDan doesn't he read the manual, it's all there...

Thanks Dox44. And Peter Fisla. I don't have the manual. I did google it and found a kind of preview manual that I downloaded but it had half the pages missing. Is there somewhere I can get a complete manual?

The manual comes with the game, in the main folder of the game there should be Manuals folder where you will find the manual.

I meant without owning the game. I like to read manuals before buying games to give me a better idea about if the game is for me.
But I watched some youtube videos and I like what I saw so much that I bought the game. I tried other similar looking games, namely Lock & Load Tactical Digital, and Valor & Victory and couldn't get my head around them. But Tigers on The Hunt makes a lot more sense to me.
