If I recall correctly there was an option to highlight strenght value of all reinforceable/unmoved units with green color, where can i turn that on ? I cant find it anywhere..

at the top of the tooltip that is on the bottom of the screen. There are all those hexes with different icons I think its the 4th from the left. Just hit some on and off and they will show. The auto-reinforce tool to full strength is also there which is really helpful. You can also add in settings "select" target that shows what you can attack and stuff.
