Taking the example of Poland, if a German unit is in the USSR side of Poland at the end of turn 3, it is automatically send back to the Deployment queue.

Is it automated or is it something to code in the events? Not the hexes switching sides but the units send back to the Deployment queue.

Almost always they are "pushed" to a hex nearby.

There is nothing in the events for this.

In the events the hexes ownership is changed...that is all that I see.
I suspect it is hard coded.
