Not sure how it is possible, but all three of those units left the US and moved the max number of hexes. One seems to have had a very long night [:D]

Might be a timing issue on counter movement. 1st game prone for me to screw up. If you find why it is doing it let me know. Or I should say how it happened. I have never seen this.
