[1.10.4b] Victory Pact problems.

I have 100% good relation with a major. I successfully roll for Victory Pact and it shows up in the reports with * besides our names. However next turn our relation has dropped to Friendship Pact.
Can email you the saved game if needed. Thanks.

Read Letterbox, the AI probably unilaterally decreased the pact level. They do this a lot.

Thanks for that. Yes its in the letterbox. No reason given. Probably because it would have given me victory? Oh well the hard way it is [:)].
