You need to load an older save prior to the unit warping to Vienna. the Hotfix update is required to prevent further warping.

Tried to run the hot fix. Get the message a "steam_api.dll file is missing. Very strange as all the other update loaded.

you did unpack the .zip file overwriting the existing game executable?

I got the same surprise close to Vienna and now close to Frankfurt. I will install the bug fix. It would be nice to have such bug fixes pushed to Steam directly.

Now that 1.02.13 is out, it should be on steam as well as long as you have signed up for beta versions.
