Here will follow the various different reports from the Pacific Theatre as they were recorded!
To give some background to the game, I am palying as Hard Computer Japan, to give myself a challenge but also allow myself to keep going. I am also playing the Full Campaign Scenario. I started the Stream on the 8th of December part way through some plane org to keep it fairly open to new viewers. I have played a fair bit of WitW prior to this so I have a ok familiarity with Gary Grigsby's games. But of course I will be learning new things as I go. Which is kinda historic too!
In this first opening, the major events that took place were:
1. Japan Struck Pearl Harbour sinking 4 BBs and damaging the rest of the fleet
2. The Japanese landed in Johore, Guam, and the Philippines
3. The Lexington managed to stall the invasion of Wake Island by sinking a few of the Japanese troop ships!

You only need 10 posts to be able to post links and upload pics (.jpg and .gif only). You are almost there. Screenshot pics are especially useful.
Are you playing the Computer Japan or a person? What scenario?

Yeah like a fool, I didn't know that, I will try to update it a little better over this week while I wait for the 7 days to post. I am playing against computer Japan right now and going for the full campaign scenario.

No need to beat yourself up about the 10 posts thing - practically no newcomer to the board knows that feature (which is to prevent bots from posting bad stuff). Good luck with the game![:)]

Nice to see this amazing game get more exposure on YT and Twitch. Evoken seems to be the resident expert on a lot of these. You are a US player? But you sound British! Good luck learning the game the learning never ends! Enjoying your videos!

If I may make a suggestion for a couple of ways to save mouse clicks:
- On a TF screen, you can pick 'transfer ships to/from TF' & you can send ships to port & back easily. I noticed you were disbanding & recreating TF's a lot. For Combat TF's this will also let you preserve the leader that you paid good PP for

- when setting a TF destination, it is quicker to 'set home port', then click 'go to [home]' towards the bottom of the screen. I noticed you were going to the destination port 2x on the map
- alternatively when sending TF's to home port, if you want them to go a certain way, say around Australia, just give them a 'destination' towards where you want them to go & set them to 'retire to port'. This is again a quicker way then setting up waypoints if you are only going to need one.
Obviously CS task forces need to be set up a bit more carefully.
Have fun!

Thank you for the advice, a couple of those I have now learnt to do and save some time, but of course not yet in the videos. I also will try to remember them a little more.
What do you think the issue with my CS forces are?

I don't know that you have one. I was referring to the fact that long distance CS like ConUS to AUS/NZ should be set up with a couple of waypoints to avoid Japanese-controlled waters. Playing against the AI is simpler that way, against a player you must set the routes so they are either protected at all times or go through places the enemy simply cannot reach, then still sweep through every once in a while cause they will try anyway
