I encountered some problems when changing the data. If you modify the production data and TOE data, the only way to make it work is to start a new game, so I asked if there is a tool to modify the save, so the test won't be so troublesome.

You may change the file name from .sav to .scn, and then open it as a scenario using the Editor to make changes. I think when opening the scn file it may also update to the newest generic data.
