Setting up a mission as Axis.Required aircraft I put 10,yet air directive summary shows 193.After running mission,10 aircraft were used as I requested.What is the 193 number showing on map of air directive?

It is the total number of aircraft that could potentially fly your mission of 10.

If you go back to the Air Directive you will see them all highlighted as white (vs grey).
