Adding one extra withdrawal turn possibility

Hi everyone!
The 28th Corps Artillery Regiment was officially disbanded on 28/02/1945 together with the 1157th one to give rise to the 62nd Guards CAR. Will it ever be possible to add one addtional withdrawal turn option via the editor? I tried via the CSV but nothing happened.

EDIT: I just found out that the 28th Corps Artillery Regiment was formed twice, which solves the problem of disbanding the 28th CAR by just adding a new one and then disbanding it.
Could any admin please delete this post?
