Sub Port Attacks

I looked at the patch notes for all three SC games and for WIE and WAW there is: Port and Major Port Sub Defense bonus increased to 5 (ReinerAllen).
Was this change left out of the WW1 game intentionally or unintentionally? Was just curious?

Intentionally, as it already had a higher setting. I haven't heard of any issues with it, i.e. reasons to change it, but if there are any then please fire away. [:)]

Ok great. No issues in my opinion just wondered if it was supposed to be applied to all three games.
