I like version 3.2 more than 3.3 ( I find an all-Tiger PzDivision somewhat ridiculous, and the Stug-IIIg bug is annoying), but it seems that v3.3 handles the Blizzard in a more realistic way. I would like to ask if it is possible to play a 1941 PBEM campaign with version 3.2, switch the game to version 3.3 during blizzard, and then switch it back to v3.2 when the Blizzards are gone?.

Try it and see what happens. I know of no reason it couldn't be done as the data structures didn't change between the versions. The other option is to agree to keep upgrades under computer control.
