John is well, no health issues, but he has a big problem with his computer, and that is not resolved. If we're lucky, he may rejoin us next month.

Yes..it´s quite some turkey shooting!

...although one Jossif sneaked through the thick smoke and sniped one of the cats with a single shot. Too bad he didn´t live long enough to tell home....sniff.
The scenario suffers somewhat from Rambo crews and the plenty of smoke that the guys create after bailing! The new V7.2 OOB´s or H2H will be a revelation in this regard!:)

Yes, it is quite some turkey shhooting, Harry, but that the way it was. This is good sometimes to relax.
In the scenario Hermann's Panthers are more at risk than in reality. It will be interesting to see what v 7.2 and new H2H will bring to the scenario.

Hi Francois! Good to see you around! I forget to mention the turkey shoot did take place on an excelently made map!
I did run a second game with my slightly modified V7.1 OOB. I removed the slot1 misc weapons of crew unit and put them to slot 2, thus removing their offensive potential. Secondly I made the crew to class "AT-Infanty" which removes their smoke throwing capability!
Overall result is that the scenario then was somewhat more difficult to play for Hermanns guys as the poles are not that much hindered by the crew generated battlefield smoke! In fact all that smoke was just helping the germans!
Usually I don´t play any games without the crew fix anymore. V7.2 and oncoming H2H should have these crews by default.

Hi Harry,
Thanks for your comments.
I am now anxious to retest this scenario with v 7.2 and H2H.
