From what we were able to gather, this seems to be related to your PBEM username, or the username of your opponent if they some special characters in it.

The next patch should fix this, now that it has been identified, but in the meantime, if you contact Matrix Support they should be able to help resolve this by amending the username accordingly.

I can play for 2 days, and again the same error , my name dont contain any special character neither my oponent.

Very odd then and it could just be an issue with the PBEM++ server and connections to it. The next update will and should expand on the error messages so we'll have a better idea as to what the specific issues might be for players like yourself, ideally.
